Harper doesn't play well with the other children. He is geared for control, NOT co-operation. His type needs the power of a majority. He created the fixed election day LAW so no future government could manipulate election day into a time when it was most favourable to the party in power - then proceeded to break his own law because it looks like the chips will be down come the scheduled election day. I wouldn't even buy a used bicycle from that guy....
