Of course he does, he's shown again and again he's pretty damn bigoted. Thinks him and only him is intelligent enought to make decisions for the country. Thinks people different than him are too stupid and need someone of his superior stature to think for them.

The reason why the Canadian public voted in the fashion they did in the last election was to insure that a minority will not allow the present Government to feel they are irreplaceable and govern with caution.
