But if you observe the differences:

Harper is more like, ummm....

But seriously... scroll back up to harper, then scroll back down to Locutus of Borg who wishes to take over the entire planet and sector 0-0-1 and makes us all the same and follow the collective's ideals. Notice any similarity in both facial expression and jaw line?
Now instead of Locutus of Borg, use Stephen Harper. Instead of Collective, try Conservative.
A new conspiracy is born!
Oh, and that hair of Harper's? It's a wig to cover his complete baldness like Locutus, as well as to cover up the cables and wires..... clever fella. Don't tell me you guys didn't notice the cybernetic eyes he has?

Sometimes, when the razor is duller than it should be, or I'm in a hurry, it comes out looking like I shaved it with a whipper-snipper.....
