In the House of Commons on Thursday afternoon Mr. Nathan Cullen (Skeena—Bulkley Valley, NDP)brought up a point of privilege which had to do with the member Mr. Richard Harris (Cariboo—Prince George, CPC)

Cullen the elected NDP MP said that Harris the Conservative MP in the riding next to his held a news conference and told the press that he has installed a non elected Conservative into Cullen’s riding which will be a direct voice to the Conservative party in Ottawa.

I have to assume that this is happening across Canada.

This is the new Conservative party making a mockery out of the House of Commons.
