If you just want to read the final report, all the debates in the house of commons and senate (but not the committee meetings) are published in the debates(hansard). Here is the link for the debates by date(in English). Find Oral Questions, to read the question report and prepare to be annoyed by question dodging. The government business is general more honest of government business, in my opinion.
