For debating class- brian Mulroney/George W. Bush debating comparison

For debating class, I am supposed to compare two debating styles of either a Canadian Prime Minister or U.S. President. I chose Mulroney and George W. Bush. One is a slick loudmouth (Mulroney) while the other is a laid-back joker (Bush).
If these two went head to head in a debate, I wonder who would win? This is just for fun.

Mulroney would win, if the politics was taken out of it. (Mulroney would never defeat a US President in a debate, it wouldn't be a helpful thing to do).
In a straight debate, he would make Bush Sr look like a stumbling man....no question. The background that Mulroney grew up with would enable him to make short work of the style of Bush.

George W would have a hard time beating a mannequin in a debate, imo. So I would put my money on Mulroney.
