Ottawa Bill, yes you would have to leave your chair. I often write editorials in my local rag, if I don't like something the various levels of Governments have done I speak out. The paper's policy of posting your name at the end of an Editorial has some consequences thou, stark raving mad people call me at home and scream and shout and some have threatened me. I do what I can.

What a lot of unmitigated crap!
Canada still has, probably, the strongest economy in the G-8. Our dollar has been gaining on the U.S. buck. I can't think of a place where I would rather raise my kids. For the last ten years or so, international pundits have rated Canada as either the best, or the second best place in the world to live. If you don't like it here, Move!

Colpy is CC voice of calm and reason. I've never seen him get angry, me on the other hand I melt down often.
Bear, I may not always agree with your point of view but I respect your right to write it. Besides it's mostly Politics and I don't "Bear" crudges about Politics.
