This is completely rediculas.
We're talking about a bunch of junkies first of all. Most of the Talaban are heroin addicts.. specially the soldiers.. its how they were controlled by the people at the top - don't do what they say, then you don't get your fix. Kill that women and her daughter for going shopping without a male escort and we'll make you feel better. Anyways.. these morons can't get their own country in order and you believe.. or at least our politicians believe that these Talaban are capable of doing ANYTHING to us at all?
Actually.. let me point something out to you. Do you remember the 2003 October sniper shootings on the East coast of the USA? Remember that for like 6 weeks just TWO SHOOTERS had the entire states police force tied up completely? And if it wasn't for the fact that the shooters were mentally unstable and tried to blackmail the police to stop the shootings, they might never have been caught for at least a few more shootings.. maybe never. That is the problem with random sniper attacks.. by the time you hear the shot, the individual is already dead, you have up to half a kilometer that the shot could have come from (if the shooter is REALLY good - but could get a lot closer with a silencer) .. and by the time anyone figures out what is going on.. the shooter has escaped.
THIS IS MY POINT.. if there WAS a bunch of Islamic terrorists out there.. out to get us.. they could just slip in here through Mexico.. hell they'd even get help from those who help illegals in to the country, then they could easilly arm up in the southern US.. and if you had 50 teams of 2 people.. just 100 people in the country.. each of them conducting one shooting operation per day.. it would be an absolute nightmare.
Ever see the Syriana? Tell me why in the hell, oil tankers are NOT being attacked in the same way that the USS COLE was then? They have no defences and if rammed by an explosive laden speed boat with a steel reenforced hull (and shape charge mounted on the front - stick an rpg7 to it) a followed up by a secondary boat to penetrate the interior hull and set the whole thing on fire.... long story short... doing this a few times in a week would drive oil prices through the roof and actually start to COST the companies money in order to defend their ships.
Just a couple of examples.. that.. if there WAS a bunch of Islamic extremists out there.. out to cause havok.. they'd have NO TROUBLE DOING IT AT ALL! Nothing could STOP them from doing these types of attacks.. hell.. earlier in the summer they could have driven across the US just lighting forest fires.. can you imagine a proffesional team of soldiers on a mission ... to just light fires? The US (and Canada for that matter before its too late) .. should concider itself LUCKY that this Islamic Jihad is a total myth and that those who do support these actions are a serious minority.. because MOST people don't want to hurt anyone in general.. its just SOME sick and deranged or addicted people... and they are far from being any sort of pious individuals so you can't call them Muslims anymore then you could call you or I one.
AND... for that matter... the WEST should really back off on the anti-muslim propaganda.. because sooner or later someone is going to get fed up with up... Iran or Syria.. and THEY WILL start to actually launch attacks themselves (if you think all these bombings 7/7 and Madrid are the work of terrorists.. then you haven't read enough about them) and then we'll really be screwed.
I have NO PROBLEM with making sure that the Talaban does not regain control of Afganistan, but lets make it clear that THAT is what we are doing there.. not fighting terrorism. And in fact we should have removed them from power a long time ago along with any other oppressed people in any other nation around the the world.. FOR OUR OWN SAFETY.. because we don't need desperate and scared people in this world, its just too dangerous these days.. and its SO LITTLE to make a world for them that they do not feel they have to kill themselves or others to try and make a point. And there are better ways to make these goals happen then through wars... mind you first we have to get rid of the warmongers and weapons manufacturers.. and then we have to start spreading out the proffits from the natural resources.. or just STOP forcing people to pay for something that comes from the earth itself in the manner we're asked to pay for it.. no one should really be proffiting from this, but thats another story completely.. I'm off topic now.
ANYWAYS.... there IS NO Islamic Terrorism that is out to get us HERE. All they REALLY want to do is be brutal towards their own people and ruin their own countries by keeping them in the dark ages. If they wanted to come here and harm us.. they'd have NO PROBLEM doing it. THIS is how you should come to realize that all the terror attacks so far have been fake. Pulled off by intelegence agencies in order to scare you and anger you and generally manipulate everyone in to screaming for revenge and war. But if we were REALLY under attack there would be no doubt who was doing it and it would be VERY clear would was responsible.. there would be demands and warnings and threats CONSTANTLY every single day. Every day.
To be perfectly honest.. I don't know why Iraq did not have teams on stand by here in Canada, Mexico or the US to launch attacks against shopping malls like WallMart and the like if the US attacked it. Do NOT doubt that if the US or Israel attacks Iran... you will get to see war right up close.. because it WON'T STAY OVER THERE.. it will come here.
Anyways.. Stockwell Day huh? Weird. I guess ALL of our politicians have been bought off by the Israeli lobby.
And btw.. the reason the USA wants Canada to act with a larger roll in the next war is because our pilots are top notch fighters, and its going to be a total shooting gallery in the skies above Iran.. a lot of planes are going to go down and so of course they would rather it were Canadian planes getting shot down then their own... duh... just remember that when Harper starts talking about how we have to support the USA attack against Iran for whatever reason they finally get to go on the green light.
