The Honourable Bill Graham, the Leader of Her Majesty's Loyal Opposition, announced on the tenth of February the appointments of the Honourable Ralph Goodale as the Opposition House Leader, and the Honourable Karen Redman as the Chief Opposition Whip; in my opinion, they are both quite adept and experienced persons, and are going to serve Canada quite appropriately as members of the Opposition.
Respecting the appointments, Mr. Graham said "Both Ms. Redman and Mr. Goodale bring impeccable credentials and experience to these important roles, and will be critical in our mission to hold Mr. Harper’s Conservative Government to account for the promises they made to Canadians during the last campaign and the policies they attempt to implement in this minority parliament."
