The idea of multiple wives scares me. Although I could see the appeal to marrying 3 or 4 gay men; they could amuse themselves, and they'd decorate the house nicely.

A guy in Iran used to drive four teachers to their work in a small village every workday. They decided it was cheaper to marry the guy, pay him a small salary and have a reliable ride.
Islam allows 4 wives.
