Buzz Hargrove while campaigning at Paul Martin's side had this to say:
Vote separatist to stop the separatist

I'm all for tactical voting but an NDPer campaigning for a Liberal recommending a vote for the Bloc is way too tactical for me.

Maybe someone on this forum who is much sharper than me can explain just what these tactics are all about.

What's there to be amazed about? Martin hands out plum positions in his caucas all the time as long as (place name here) sells out.

It's very common for the LPC. Belinda Stronach comes to mind.

Yep, I couldn't beleive he said that. He called Harper a seperatist, then told Quebec voters to vote for the Bloc. Unbeleivable.

I also saw Martin making a speech shortly afterwards, in which he had to backtrack, and say, he firmly beleives, and has always said Harper is a good Canadian federalist.

Talk about needing quick damage control, but I just think this will be another nail in the Liberal coffin.
