it's probably nothing kids.

The latest report from the Auditor General of Canada, Michael Ferguson, found that problems inside the immigration department led to at least a dozen people receiving citizenship they may not have been eligible for.

This immigration department processes hundreds of thousands of people each year and is the same department that was in charge of processing the ‘refugee rush’.

Remember how they assured us they were up for the job and chastised anyone who questioned whether or not they’d be able to complete full and thorough security checks on people coming from a very dangerous part of the world? From a part of the world where dangerous people were trying to use the refugee crisis to infiltrate places like Canada, the United States and Western Europe
Now we hear that this department that was in charged of vetting the refugees couldn’t even vet the people within their own system?

It raises a lot of questions and concerns that we’ve been trying to get answers for since the beginning.

But, we’ll continue to push to get more of the kind of information that was discovered today.

How about fraud that highlights liberal incompetence? Are you willing to sweep that under the rug?

If this is true, then it is an easy problem to fix.

The real problem will be removing the civil servants attached to this, um, unfortunate mistake.

Nothing will be changed... you will all have to simply accept the new way of things.

It would appear so.

I clearly recall the CBC coverage where both the immigration officials sent to Syria, and their taskmasters in Ottawa, stood in front of the cameras and said that all the refugees would be properly processed; none were dangerous; and there were no concerns.

I felt so much better.

They had no intention of properly vetting anyone and they have no intention of vetting them in the future. The goal was/is to get them into Canada no matter who they are.
