They are committing that Canada will send unencumbered at least $4.4 Billion ANNUALLY! to the UN/IPCC committee for them to spend any way they wish. Rising to only $44 Billion! per year by 2030, every year! from here to eternity just like FN entitlement funding. Rising to who knows how much, the new International Equalization scheme. With a disproportionate amount coming from Alberta as Notley is agreeing to pay guilt money because of our "Embarrassing" fossil fuel industry.
