The long newspaper article appeared in the news paper that is controlled by Pierre Karl Peladeau who is vying for PQ leadership and is a huge sovereignist.

But if Parizeau wants the separation card, he can have it....and good luck with that.

I feel if Quebec wants to pullout of Canada let them under a few rules,

1 take their share of the national debt.they ran up most of it.

2 they receive no moneys from Canada .

3 setup and maintain their own borders .

4 have no seats in parliament .set up their own government.

5 pay the going rate for Alberta oil b.c lumber. ect...

6 and if in a few years they come crying back let the rest of Canada vote if they should be allowed back .

7 any company's wishing to stay Canadian must move their head quarters out of Quebec.

8 any native land claims or reservations wishing to remain Canadian can do so.

9 set up and maintain their own passports, there no longer Canadian no Canadian passports

If they don't want to be Canadian they should have none of the perks. Let them leave and see how long it is before they realize how good they had it. If they where a part of the US do they think that they would have it as good as they do now. I don't think so...

The problem is leaders like Trudeau get elected in and give them what they want at the expense of Canadians, and what to the rest of Canada do?? Bend over at take it like a B*tch

Separatism is dead for a generation, because the millenials are more likely to be former immigrants and also more interested in the economy than the failed ideology of those old farts.
