Allison Redford accused of lying in conflict of interest case.
"Hi Barb, can you confirm with Jeff and modify as needed — get the letters to the losers confirmed and ready to go. You can sign for me. Speak to Lorne about the winners and the timing with the letters."
Oops.
Update: Audio of Redford's media scrum a few minutes ago here.

Alright, hang 'em tonight and have the trial on Monday. It would be so 'in your face' if she picked that law firm to defend herself and she won big to the tune of millions from the taxpayer. Hey wait, I'm one of those taxpayers.

Not much of a cornered momma grizzly either .look either..

Actually the Wild Rose party did not prove their case in the house. The true measure of some of
these allegations is if they decide to make those statements outside the House where they can be
held accountable for their actions.
I am a long way from being a Tory on many issues but Redford gave a good account of herself in
this debate and in fact made the Leader of the Opposition and her mouth piece look silly on this one.

It's like I've always thought, you can never trust a politician. Ever. Why does this keep surprising people?

I think this will amount to nothing. The firms were all vetted and found equal before she made her decision, and according to the one expert in the area, ethics laws dont apply to exes, especially since he wouldnt have been working on the file anyway.
