There is another use for the new prisons that would pay even bigger dividends. They should be stuffed with white collar criminals, traitorous politicians, pedophile priests and of course bankers and generals. Once those expensive elements are behind bars the elderly and the sick and the poor would get the very best of care and we would still have billions in surpluses to fix the education and health care systems.
