How old are you?

You are only as old as you feel and that is not always consistent. Some days I feel like a teenager and others like an old man. Some memories seem like yesterday when they are decades ago and others seem decades ago when they are only a few years. But I think like a Zen Buddhist in that Yesterday is only a dream and tomorrow is a fiction. There is only right here, right now. Memories can't be trusted and thoughts of the future keep us from being present in the now, causing life to pass us by.

yes, i enjoy my that moment and i learned something ; ignorance can be everywhere even in Canada which has the chance to develop his people in every aspect so i should be prepared everytime for ignorant and prejudiced people , that is the profit of this day for my life, i feel like i am 55 years old

I remember the days when I thought 55 was getting old. Being 55 can be sore legs, back, wrists and on and on. Older than that can be more. As Cliff says - some days the future is bright and shiny and other days - filled with angst! I don't know that I would give anything to return to 23 but I do know that if I was there, I would certainly make some changes knowing what I know now.
I am three score plus two.
56. I feel 30 most of the time. Once in a while my bones or something remind me I am not. I have mechanic's shoulders .... AKA tendonitis. Also my stomach is a bit more sensitive to greasy/oily/fatty foods than it used to be.
