COMER is bringing a constitutional challenge to the loan provisions of the Bank of Canada Act,
with respect to loans by the Bank to the federal and provincial governments, particularly as it affects and impacts on municipal infrastructures and the governments calculation of “capital” and “debt.”

We are also challenging the Banks secrecy provisions vis-à-vis the interaction and compliance with private international bankers who are not accountable to any government.
As the case is in progress, we cannot comment further on it. For background information review our Bank of Canada Tutorial.

The 'trickle up' theory of Profit (blue area). The LARGE grey areas represent 'Externalities': the exclusion of environmental costs and 'surplus' populations from participating in profits: the poor, the sick, indigenous peoples, seniors, etc.peoples,

The Equitable Distribution (ED) theory of Profit. ED is possible because of the inclusion of (the cost of) Externalities as a part of profit through the deployment of Human Capital. Here, profits are depicted as roughly double the enviro-human area of the Traditional Model. Power-hoarding, greed, and social irresponsibility are reduced through a redefinition of Profit based on an Earth-bound Labour Theory of Value founded on always-available Human Capital.

Has anyone ever won the whole income tax thing in court here in Canada? I think a guy successfully defended himself from having to pay income tax in the states.
