Got the ribs out of the freezer. They'll start marinating tomorrow and by Sunday afternoon they'll be so ready for the barbie.

Much rather have braised moose or elk ribs. BBQed beef ribs are ok, I guess, though, if you add lots of sauce to give them a flavor.
