When I post something and get to the bottom of the page, there used to be a neat box to take me to "forums home", religion discussion", etc.

Now there ain't.

Sorry for the late reply, I've not had much chance to get online as often as normal.

I think you're talking about the jumpbox navigation. It's been removed for now, but I've added it to my todo list to integrate it into the new design when I start working on the beta again. I'm just taking a little bit of a Christmas break.

Scrolling can be chopping if you're on an older system and/or you're using and older version of Internet Explorer. Scrolling seems better when you have no theme selected.
