I've just discovered that in Internet Explorer 7, the "Themes" menu wasn't working. I've identified the problem and IE users are now able to switch their themes. Themes will also soon be selectable via your control panel, but for now it is only available to people who have JavaScript enabled and via the top-of-the-screen link.
