Weird Notification thingy

I got a second notification on a PM I read and replied to yesterday. This has happened before. Any idea why?

I've been getting repeat 'pop ups' on PM's lately triedit. I don't know if that's the same issue.

I think it's Kreskin's fault. He's doing something wrong. Yup... that's what it is.
