the inhabitants are known as brummies, and smell faintly of cabbage, and speak a strange language known only to themselves.
You sure ain't kidding there. We played a rugby team from England once and there was a "Brummie" in the team. I thought the guy only spoke welsh or manx or something weird. Needed an interpreter; I think the interpreter was from Leeds but I may be wrong. Memory isn't what it used to be.

See, I think Brummieland is a shytehole.....whereas Ontario isn't, I've lived in downton Toronto, St. Catherine's and spent a bit of time around the great lakes, while it's the biggest industrial chunk of Canada, it's nothing like it mate.

Plus the Ladies sound good with the accent...has any one ever said that about a Brummie bird?
Ever been to Hamilton? It may have changed a bit since I was there but it was pretty grungy when I saw it.

I always liked using more direct compliments like "Wow. You've got gorgeous eyes" or something along those lines. "I even told a bank teller that she had nice raisins (she wasn't wearing a bra). She blushed quite bright but said "thanks" anyway. lol Actually she blushed a couple more times when I'd show up, but eventually she quit blushing.

cool. thanks. im always getting asked to go out with guys though, but most of them i brush off cos frankly most guys in my school are whipped. they are like 17 and 18 yrs old and when they get around us girls they act like total goofs, like little kids and they dont realize we make fun of them behind their backs. what is it anyway with teenage guys that they act so dumb around girls? do they think their impressing us or something?
