I think what should happen as well since we have people from all over the world on this forum as well as many different people who speak different languages or learning different languages that it would be neat if there was a thread for other languages besides French and English where people can practice those languages as well and might have help from people who speak it as their mother tongue.

I would second an initiative such as that.
I would propose that a Multiple Languages thread be added, under the category of Themes, where people can post in whatever language they would like (and perhaps someone {I would not mind} could write a tutorial on how to add language packs to Windows XP, et cetera ad nauseum).

That would be just way too confusing and yikes, what a mess! Sure, you can create a thread in a certain language in The Lounge (much like http://www.canadiancontent.net/forums/about1850.html).. though a whole new forum for random languages would be a mess.
