Operations of the board will commence immediately as each member is now part of a specialised group able to discuss issues and vote together on board operation.

As I understood the preamble at the time of the election, one of the first things we have to do is vote on a leader , or a chairman to head this board. Would the same process as the elections be in order, or do we do this among the board members?
