Yeh.. that was weird.

This actually happened again this morning and we are still working on a resolution. It's apparant that the issue encountered were not resolved sufficiently. Unfortunately, this site operates on commercial software and we must work with the providers in order to resolve the bugs and issues associated with the software.

The bugs found are not widespread and therefore, they (I'm not mentioning company names) has shoved it aside! They got a mouth full from me today.
