A new report shows that Finland and Poland are among the most competitive and knowledge-based of the EU's economies.
According to a report by Allianz and Brussels-based think tank The Lisbon Council, Poland is the second among the European Union's 14 largest economies in terms of progress towards Lisbon Agenda goals. Poland trailed Finland in the ranking for the second year in a row
