Fish are like most other creatures. If they don't exercise and get a variety of nourishment, they get listless and bland. Fish farms coop fish up much like chicken farms coop chickens. They eat grains and stuff; few bugs, few mice, little greens, etc. and are surrounded 24/7 by other chickens and their shyte. Taste a piece of free range chicken and then a piece of factory chicken sometime. The same idea, try a bit of wild pink salmon and then try a bit of farmed atlantic salmon sometime.
