I think most of the cops are pretty good, much like plumbers, carpenters and pizza deliverers. You hear about the sh*tty ones because they do something ugly. The bad ones are thugs alright. :smile:

I live beside 52 division in Toronto and I would say a majority of the officers totally ignore traffic laws; speeding into the parking lot, not signalling, not giving pedestrians the right of way, and blocking sidewalks with their patrol cars. They're above the law apparently.

I can't remember how many times I've been stuck behind some clown that drives side by side, a car in the slower lane.

I wish more Cops would do this.

I do have an issue with the fact that the car was pulled over and the driver ticketed for 'Impeding the flow of traffic'.
