I know we featured a thread on country music over the last couple of weeks.
Tonight was a great night for country, the music and entertainment was the
best it has been in years. I was impressed with some of the new and the
established artists. Miranda Lambert has made a great comeback and it
is good to see that sometimes redemption is possible in her case. She did
herself proud tonight. I think there is a change back to some of countries
roots, and it is encouraging. There is some CD material that I will go our and
buy actually. Usually there is a defining moment, in a program like that, that
sets out success or failure. I don't usually watch, because it usually ends in
some boring moments and forced performances. Tonight there were five
defining moments that produced a B+ program from front to back.
