Former England goalkeeper David Seaman, 45, has moved in with a Dancing on Ice professional skater just three months after leaving his second wife Debbie.

He has moved into the £500,000 Buckinghamshire home of Frankie Poultney, who he met whilst appearing on the show in 2006.

Seaman appeared in the first series of Dancing On Ice, a show in which celebrities figure skate in front of a panel of judges.

Seaman - nicknamed "Safe Hands" by Arsenal and England fans - played 75 times for England between 1988 and 2002 and also played 405 games for Arsenal between 1990 and 2003. He made his England debut in a 1-1 draw against Saudi Arabia in November 1988 and his final match was a 2-2 draw against Macedonia in October 2002.

He also had shorter club careers at Peterborough United, Birmingham City, Queens Park Rangers and Manchester City.

Safe Hands also helped England to the Semi-Final of Euro96.

Former soccer star David Seaman has set up home with one of the Dancing On Ice skating professionals.

The ex-England and Arsenal goalkeeper has moved into a £500,000 riverside home in Buckinghamshire with Frankie Poultney, 36, just three months after he left his second wife Debbie, 47, and their two children.

Seaman appeared in the first series of the hit ITV1 show in 2006, while Frankie partnered Hollyoaks star Chris Fountain to second place in the 2008 season.

The couple were never dance partners but met in March during the rehearsals for the five-week live nationwide tour which began in April.

The cast spent up to eight hours a day training and the pair grew close.

Show sources said the chemistry between the two was 'intense and obvious'.

The father-of-four, 46, left his wife of 10 years and their two children, a boy of eight and a seven-year-old girl, in March.

Last week Seaman and Frankie were seen buying items for their new home from a department store close to their riverside apartment. They were also seen throwing frisbee in a park together.

A source told The Sunday Mirror: "It's obvious she's really happy in David's company."

Seaman's new relationship will come as a blow to estranged wife Debbie. When they married in July 1998 - in a ceremony sold to OK! magazine - he said: 'This time, it's for good.'

But friends of Seaman, who earned 75 caps for his country, say he left the 47-year-old, who also acted as his agent, after simply getting 'bored'.

In 1984, Seaman ended his first marriage to wife Sandra - mother to his two eldest children, Dan, 24, and Thomas, 22 - after confessing to an affair with Debbie, who worked as an Arsenal receptionist. He also has a son aged eight and a daughter aged seven with Debbie.

Newly single Frankie only recently separated from her husband of four years, Andrew, and left the home they shared in Vancouver Island, Canada.

He wrote on his Facebook site on June 16: 'Wife came home in March told me she did not want to be married, packed her bags and moved out.

'I am very devastated and not doing well.' Frankie posted on her Facebook that she was 'moving on' and 'coming out of a rough patch.'

Seaman retired from the game in 2004 after 22 years. He competed in the first series of Dancing On Ice, in 2006, and was partnered with professional skater Pam O'Connor.

Frankie first appeared on the show a year later, partnering ex-Man Utd footballer Lee Sharpe.

The next year she danced with Hollyoaks star Chris Fountain and in last year's series she was teamed with rugby league legend Ellery Hanley.
