If it was targeted toward women, or brown people, like how close it is to high end shopping or the immigration office, I'm sure that would be fine. That ad is not sexist, it's target marketing. The real problem is that it is targeted at men and does not give the advantage to women or visible minorities.

I thought it was targetted at scotch drinkers who like easy blondes.

I don't see any mention of gender.

How is something posted in a mens washroom sexist if it is addressed to men? Maybe that sign on the ladies room should go too ;-)
