Telehop bill advertisement mentions no fees but I got the bill fro minimum charges.But in the TV advertisements still aired mentions no charges and any time we can cancel the subscription, etc.They are fooling the Canadian people and I do not know why.The customer service rep mentions that this charge is in effect from May onwards but then why they are wrongly advertising in the TV?I do not know how to handle this subject in Canada.The amount is only small but it is against the business ethics of Canada.

I'm sorry Ithought it was telephone system ,not telehop ,thats a totally diffrent part of goverment that handles that --lol
