CALGARY -- Driving too fast for the weather conditions -- and crashing into a sign warning about the dangers of speeding -- likely caused a fatal collision, police say.
A 19-year-old was killed and three teenagers were injured when the Acura Integra he was driving Saturday at 11:15 p.m. lost control on the snow-covered road.
Police say the car was driving at a high rate of speed and passing other vehicles, changing lanes back and forth.
They say the driver lost control of the car, which left the road to the right, travelled across the median and struck a sign post mounted on the median.

In the end, he was the cause of his death, nothing else. Had he driven properly there is a very good chance he would still be alive and his friends would not be injured.
