Why didn't the CBSA arrest and detain and start removal proceedings against him immediately? Isn't that what we pay them for?
I don't believe the story. I think his 'parents' kidnapped him and then sneaked him into the country illegally when he was a baby. I say unless the 'parents' can prove that they really are his parents or that he was born in Canada, the CBSA should take him to the IRB to start removal proceedings immediately.
It's time people respect our borders!
Until he can prove he's a Canadian citizen, he should follow the standard immigration burden of proof of balance of probabilities or the preponderance of the evidence.
