You are misguided, and so don't understand.
More explanation: the truth is told to people .. the good-doer will see and understand it and will be the believer; while the evil-doer will not understand it even though it be before his eyes, and will be the disbeliever.
The description of the evil-doer is cited in the aya 2: 27 as explained above.
E.g. God has no equal neither has He any associate nor any peer .. the believer will accept this, while the disbeliever like you will deny, mock and doubt it imitating his own fathers or following his own party and his vain desires.
