from the website of theY3C conferance that started yesterday:

"The Canadian Youth Climate Change Conference (‘YC3’) is a youth-led initiative, focused on action, alternatives, and solutions for a changing world, bringing together pioneering leaders in climate change and sustainability.
Everywhere there are signs that we are moving into a new age, where fossil fuels are a thing of the past, and innovation is the key to an economy powered by the sun, wind, tides, and other clean energy sources. "

These Canadian youth are not going to believe the naysayers who scoff at the idea that energy CAN come from sources other than fossil fuels. That bit of oilmen propaganda that tell us alternatives to fossil fuels are not a viable idea, has been swallowed whole by most adults - FOR SHAME!!

How many of us were sucked into believing the oilmen stories that Climate Change, Global Warming are not real?
How many of us were will to just "go along" with whatever the media reported as to the options ahead of us?

TOO MANY.

Now, some of our youth, the ones who's parents have not convinced them to be total sellouts and suckheads for media/corporate brainwashing for an ongoing oil economy, are taking the lead into an economy that is based on alternative energy sources.

And it IS possible, it CAN be our world - what, did you think we all fold up and die when the oil runs out? Idiots and Fools were sucked in. Parents are often held back from embracing change by their insecurity about supporting their children, an honorable but misguided approach to life that ignores the reality of their grandchildren.

Now that the lie of global warming is exposed, and we must consider that an alternative economy is there for the taking, we just have to reach out and embrace it. The world will be a much better place. With the advent of the Oil Wars and fake terrorism, its getting to be something we can all embrace wholeheartedly.
