As for the example of the girl making false allegations of an attempted abduction, that is but one example of recent female conduct. Another involves a teen girl who alleged she was sexually assaulted in a shopping mall restroom. Witnesses and shopping mall staff helped police determine that there was no male present to have committed the assault. The girl later admitted that she had fabricated the story.

So it's wrong for females to fabricate stories of assualt...but I don't see you condemning the guys who actually do commit rape. IMO rape is worse than lying about rape.

I quite wonder as to what happened to the teenage girl as a result. Was she heavily charged as she should be? She had damn well better be simply because if ever she managed to come up with a male scapegoat and fingered a guy she did not like he could have been doing some serious time. It does not take much to get a guy convicted these days. Even the absence of proof does not seem to be enough these days, only the bitch's word. Here is the penalty I would suggest: Determine that if a guy in fact had raped that girl what would his prison time have been? 5 years? Now I say the teen girl who made false accusations serve the very same time since that is how long an innocent person would have spent in jail had they actually believed her story. I feel this is fair.

Lying about being raped is somehow better then a women actually being raped?

Why don't you tell that to men that have gone through that experince, being tarred in the community and blemished for life. Both are crimes and deserve to be punished in similar manners.

Would you hold the same views when someone is falsely accused of murder?

As a woman I agree that falsely accusing a man of rape or any crime is horrible and criminal. It destroys an innocent mans life and makes it that much harder for real victims of sexual assault to have a fair trial.

However I believe the hostility in this thread towards women is abusive and should be kept in check.

Don't get me wrong, both lying about rape and rape are wrong. I'm not trying to say that it's ok to lie about it. I'm just pointing out the fact that simpleton was ONLY condemning girls who lie about rape without condemning the guys who do commit rape.

You're offering logic that could only be described as retarded. Of course it's not okay for guy's to commit rape. The subject is not about the men (or women) that actually commit rape, the subject is about women that malign and slander innocent men, because they don't get what they want.

Obviously, I don't condone rape, but I'm smart enough to expect the victims to go after the guilty parties, as opposed to singling out innocent sacrificial lambs. It's really quite simple. If you get raped, then you have to examine the circumstances surrounding the rape. If you're out with a bunch of wild guys getting drunk and stoned, and you're dressed like a two-bit whore, and you're luring the guy on... Don't go making a capital case against the dude down the street because your friends will cast you out for ratting on one of your "in-crowd" buddies.

Teen girls and young women in this society are total losers. They haven't a clue about anything and they believe that society owes them something because they have a couple of saggy sacks on their chest and an extra hole between their thighs. I don't know why they think that every guy on the planet is desperate to sink his appendage in their menstrual canal. Believe it or not ladies, some guys find your extra hole rather revolting. I know, because I'm one of those guys.

And what on God's green Earth is so appealing about female breasts? Now, before you penis-envying feminist witch doctors start accusing me of having breast envy, I just want to point out that I find absolutely nothing appealing about breasts whatsoever. They're really nothing more than a pair of nipples that reached for the sky, and fell flat on their kiesters. I mean, what's the big deal about breasts?

Anyway, people say to me, "If you choose to be gay, if you choose to not want a girl, you're stuck with that decision for life." And I really don't know how to respond to that. I just look at them like they're incredibly stupid, and think to myself, "Yeah, I'm going to be missing out on a hole and a couple of lumps... Big F...ing deal!" It's like they're totally incapable of understanding that I'm just not frikkin' interested. Read: I Don't Care!!!!!

This KellyF has just proven the point males attempt to make about women screaming 'he raped me, he raped me!' Look at her attempting to silence us
However I believe the hostility in this thread towards women is abusive and should be kept in check
through whining. This is exactly what I am talking about how women behave in our society. If anyone says anything they do not like they scream 'abuse' and 'let us silence such people!'

KellyF? I will not tolerate you women attempting to tell us how we may or may not act in what should be a free society. You claim abuse in this thread where I have seen none. You demand we keep our voices 'in check' where I tell you to get lost and do not ever attempt to silence a male from voicing his opinion on women. It is the right of every male in this *fascist cough* 'free' society to utter whatever statements on the subject he wishes to. Do not for a moment attempt to tell we males what we may or may not say. All you have done with your post is prove my point. You want your way but we cannot have ours. I have seen many a post where you slander males of all types with such vitriol I wonder if perhaps you are a full-bloodied feminazi. Everything you have posted has been feminist-oriented. I would challenge anyone to follow where KellyB's posts lead and dare to state that I am wrong with my estimation of her stances.

Why thank you... I think? I am uncertain how to take that. A compliment or a disguised insult?

To come back to the topic of this discussion, I would like to say that in my opinion offensive sexist behavior is not a matter of some unequality between genders, it is a matter of education and up-bringing. Sometimes I have to encounter the kind of behavior KellyF wrote about. It always comes from men, who obviously stand on a much lower social level than I do. But these are the kind of men that I don't even see as men, because I am so much above them. Now, if any of my coworkers would look at me and say something like "Great tits!", hearing this from my equal would really be offensive. But I must say that I have never encountered such behavior from a well-educated man from a good family.
And as for the feminist movement, I agree that they are taking it too far nowadays. What they have already achieved is fantastic - being able to get a higher education, to have a career, to participate in political life, to be independent, to make your own choices, to be free in your sexual life is great. These are very important things, things to treasure. But there is a point where the feminists should stop. Women and men are not equal and they can never be. This inequality is not, actually, a social factor. It is a genetic difference, that can in no way be removed. And this genetic difference influences our every day life. For instance, I am not as physically strong as an average man. So it doesn't seem offensive to me when a man holds a heavy door open for me, or when he offers to carry a bag for me. I think that it is the natural kind of behavior. And this is the first thing that comes to my mind. So I think that it's no use trying to equalize men and women.

What did I say that was retarded? Everything I said was 100% true: you were condemning certain women without condemning certain men. I was simply trying to provide balance, in that both certain members of both sexes deserve to be condemned.

That's the retarded part. You make a retarded comment/observation without ever realizing that you're making a retarded comment/observation. That's two strikes in one ignorant breath.

Seriously though, it would appear that you've fallen prey to the heavily exagerated and intentionally misleading propaganda of the self-righteous feminists. Take Michelle Batty for example. She is the executive director of the Sarnia Sexual Assault Victims/Survivors Centre, or whatever it's called, and she ascertains, through whatever means, that only 6% of sexual assaults are ever reported to authorities. Could you imagine what our society would be like if only 6% of homicides were reported to authorities?

Michelle Batty also gave some statistical numbers to reflect sexual assault cases locally. There were 53 cases of sexual assault in Sarnia court from June 2005 to June 2006. That's an average of about one sexual assault per week. Of the 53 cases, 28 of the accused plead guilty. Six were convicted by a judge or jury, and 19 were acquitted. This is a "disturbing trend" in Ms. Batty's view.

Let's take a closer look at this alleged trend:

Of 53 reported cases of sexual assault, 28 of those accused, accept full responsibility for their actions and admit guilt in a court of law. That's 52.8% of alleged offenders.

Of the 25 alleged offenders fighting the allegations, six are convicted and 19 acquitted. That's a 64.1% conviction rate for sexual offenders in Sarnia. That's not too shabby in my best estimation.

We also know that guilty persons do sometimes go free, but we can't attribute the 35.9% acquittal rate to faults in the justice system. Mainly because sexual assault is a crime that too many young women are very willing to lie about. Whether they be seeking attention, revenge, or concealing their own indiscretions, it has become somewhat trendy for young women to raise false allegations against innocent men.

So in reality, you get people like Ms. Batty, people that don't have a friggin' clue, making the situation worse by exagerating and "spinning" the numbers to support a rather absurd thesis. By recklessly promoting statistical data in misleading ways, Ms. Batty exagerates the hopelessness of getting justice for crimes like sexual assault, and contributes to the problem by inadvertently convincing victims that "coming forward" is a waste of time. And we all know that the only way to improve those numbers, is to bring more legitimate sexual assault cases before the court, and eliminate the whacko crackpots that make false allegations for fun and profit.

That's funny, I asked you to point out exactly what I said that was retarded and you failed to do so, yet I'm the retarded one? I stand by what I said, in my opinion both women who lie about rape and men who commit rape both deserve to be condemned. Once again, please point out exactly what I said that was retarded.
