Woman killed in Vaughan industrial accident

A 30-year-old woman is dead after an industrial accident in Vaughan Saturday.
York Regional Police and the Ministry of Labour are investigating the accident which occurred around 6 a.m. The incident happened at CRS, a plastic bottle plant at 140 Hanlon Rd., near Hwy. 407 and Pine Valley Dr.
Investigators have not yet said how the woman died.
“We’re still in the early stages of the investigation,” said Staff Sgt. Mike Goode.
The Labour Ministry is also investigating.
Police are still attempting to notify next of kin.
