Which stocks have done well for you?

Bought Mackenzie Financial years ago. It paid a nice dividend and appreciated very well. It was bought out for a good premium. I kept the stock and now it is IGM and still performing. Wish all my purchases were as sage.

Years ago I had a few thousand shares of a penny stock called "Pine Point". I bought for around fifty cents and sold at over a dollar. That was the only stock I ever made money on.

West Jet. We sold to help finance our move, but they performed well for us up until then.

Another good stock for me has been Rothmans. Since I bought 5 years ago it has doubled in price and the dividend yield has also increased. No, I do not have any qualms about tobacco stocks because tobacco is a legal product. I will not, however, invest in a grow-op.

BCE stocks have performed pretty good for me this year. My average buy price is around $32.00 and it's now currently worth $41. That's the extent of my stocks, other then RRSP's etc.
