On Car Free Day,except bike campaign, how could we attract the exposure of media, then catching the audience's attention? Do you have any idea? And what if we hold a Green Vehicle Expo, like hydrogen energy car, solar energy car,or biomass energy bus, and so on. Is that cool?

Thanks a lot.

Offer test drives in one of the new hybrid autos..once they try them and see how well they perform, they'll look into buying one.

If you blocked the 401 east of Oshawa and west of the 403 exit you'd get lots of publicity. If you really believe in a car free day, then attempt to partially enforce it.

I wouldn't advocate doing anything illegal. It will just get people pissed off and not want to listen to what you have to say. You have to find a way to grab attention legally, or at least in a way that won't piss people off.

401 protests have gained huge publicity in the past. It wasn't too many years ago when a group of motorists protesting the set speed limit proceeded to travel exactly that across all lanes to see the reaction. Explosive indeed.

Travelling the set speed limit is perfectly legal...blocking traffic entirely is, I believe, illegal. There is a big difference between the two.
