The history channel had a documentary on Vimy Ridge the other day. It was pretty good. It was interesting to see the planning and actions that went on. Pretty impressive operation for it's time. Probably for anytime.

I wish I could of seen that. Is the History Channel the same we get in the US?

You did miss a great show though.

It was without a doubt, one decent production. I've waqtched a few shows in the past week that were excellent, though the content is muddled in my head. I was watching one show that had a lip reader on, can't remember which show it was in, but she was reading the lips of soldiers in WWI(LWF) silent movies. It was erie to hear what they had to say.

Yeah I didn't think we get the same channel.

I'm looking forward to Ken Burn's WWII documentary coming out in September. It's been 6 years in the making and promises to be exceptionally interesting. Having seen Ken Burn's documentaries before, I am pretty excited about it.
