All I can say it is about bloody time. It is a step in the right direction. It was 5-4 and I thought it would not of been banned with all the Republican appointments on that court . But the whole Death Penaly should be abolished. Too many mistakes. Like in Illinois a few months back. I could never figure out why Americans have a fascination with killing people anyways. It is obviously not a deterrent, having Capital Punishment.
