There is a way to beat viruses and bacteria that cause human illnesses, but it is ignored and debased by the corporate medicine people. Well, it is used in Curad banadages because it works SO WELL, but other than that...

Colloidal Silver, if used in place of drugs from the pharmacy wherever CS is effective, it would save not only money but suffering and lives too. It is only the profitteering that comes from selling pharmacy drugs that keeps Colloidal Silver from being used by mainstream medicine for a variety of infections and other conditions related to viri and bacteria, parasites and pathogens.

AIDS, SARS, CANCER, DENTAL DECAY - what is your problem? Give harmless CS a try!!

No, I do not make any money off CS. I make my own CS at home for mere pennies a jarfull.

Personal testimony:

I have had friends come to me and ask for some CS when they had a toothache, and declared that the pain was GONE within 10 minutes of swishing CS in their mouths. I have also found this to be true.

I do not have body odour when I spray my armpits with CS, it really works good, and it is cheaper than regular deodorants and [when making it at home] and there are no toxic side effects likewith aluminum in deodorants and anti-perspirants.

Even my garbage does not smell!! - I spray a bit in the G'bag once in awhile and no smells shall utter forth.

Fresh Food can be kept longer without spoiling.

Sneakers, bedding, armpits of my coats, and other 'hard-to-clean' things can be kept fresh with a spray of CS.

The health benefits are wide ranging, I will let the pros take that area.

CURAD® Silver
Silver dressings are used regularly in the hospital setting to help control infections in major wounds and burns. Now, consumers can use silver for at-home first aid emergencies with the new Curad® Silver Bandage line. New Curad® Silver Bandages use silver in the wound pad as a natural antibacterial. Laboratory testing showed that silver reduced bacterial growth like Staph. aureaus, E. coli, E. hirae and Pseudomonas aeruginosa-a powerful germ that does not respond to many antibacterials-in the dressing for 24 hours

Larry C. Ford, M.D, of the Department of Ohstetrics and Gynecology, UCLA School of Medicine, Center For The Health Sciences reported:
"The silver solutions were antibacterial for concentrations of 10' organisms per ml. of Streptococcus Pyogenes, Staphylococcus Aurcus, Neisseria Gonorrhea, Gardnerella Vaginalis, Salmonella Typhi, and other enteric pathogens, and fungicidal for Candida Albicans, Candida Globata, and M. Furfur."

Tip of the month:
At the first sign of a cold (tickling sensation in nose/throat, etc.), snort CS every hour or so. This often stops the spread of the rhinovirus and subverts the disease process. Use Colloidal Silver early and often and avoid the rush to sickness!

http://www.elixa.com/silver/zaneuse.htm {Excerpt from "Colloidal Silver: The Natural Antibiotic" by Zane Baranowski, CN }
"While most antibiotics disinfect about a half dozen or so germs, silver has been reported to disinfect hundreds. Most importantly, unlike conventional antibiotics, germs cannot build a resistance to the action of silver."

" ...the most accepted theory is that silver disables the specific enzyme that many forms of bacteria, viruses and fungi utilize for their metabolism."

"[CS acts as a] catalyst that disables the enzymes microorganisms depend on to "breathe." Consequently, they die"
- Dr. Margraf ; Dr. Harry Margraf of St. Louis concluded "Silver is the best all around germ-fighter we have."
"An antibiotic kills perhaps a half-dozen different disease organisms, but silver kills some 650. Resistant strains fail to develop, Moreover, silver is virtually non-toxic."
- Jim Powell reported in a Science Digest article

K - as a final note, the Agryria issue is just not a big problem - if you could save your life from cancer, or even get rid of heartburn, some slight discolouration of your skin would not be a big price to pay to end that suffering and lifethreatening.
BUT IT DOES NOT turn your skin gray, at least not for me or 100s of other I keep in contact with who use CS REGULARLY - NONE!!
NOT EVEN ONE of us have got that skin color change, but still the medical mainstream keeps warning us about it, because that is the ONLY complaint they can find against CS, which represents a huge loss to their pharmacy drugs that harm so many people each year - many people actually die due to pharmacy drug reactions, not just get skin discoloration [if that were true].

Please, write your elected reps and ask them to tell the medical community that we want to save money and lives by getting mainstream medicine to use CS where it works. HA HA HA HA HA HA - It won't help, the Doctors will never let politicians tell them what to do, they will NEVER listen no matter what the evidence. They are totaly sold out to the pharmaceutical medicine.

Really, the only thing we can do is to start treating ourselves as a protest over doctors being trapped into pharmaceutical dominated medicine. Who knows, we might just regain our health instead of being chronically ill. BTW, an army bioweapons manual states that the purpose is:
"to disable, not kill" - sounds like the chronic illness paradigm too.

CTP OTS in play here!!

[edit] Properties and Use

Colloidal silver can be used to keep drinkable water potable over a long period [6]. It is also used externally for health benefits.
Silver has been used as a topical antiseptic for minor burns for more than 100 years [7] High concentrations of colloidal silver kill bacteria and the topical, or external, use of colloidal silver to kill microbes is well established. Though colloidal silver was a prescribed treatment in the U.S. Navy's corpsman's manual until 1973, the use of colloidal silver as an ingested medication remains controversial.

[edit] Controversy

Continued ingestion of high doses (more than 1 gram of accumulated silver, or 5 mg per day) of colloidal silver may result in argyria, an extremely rare condition causing a permanent discoloration of the skin.[3][4][5] A high-profile case of this is Stan Jones, a Montana Libertarian candidate for the U.S. Senate in 2002 and 2006, who overdosed on colloidal silver.[8]
Advocates of colloidal silver claim it to be a useful supplement to their diet, providing them with improved health and well being and (among other things) a low incidence of colds and flu.[citation needed] They also assert that, under careful use of properly produced colloidal silver, argyria is virtually impossible. [9] These claims are anecdotal, and have not been confirmed by scientific study.
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) banned over-the-counter sales of colloidal silver products claiming therapeutic value, or their advertisement as providing health benefits.[10][11] The FDA has issued warnings to internet sites selling or promoting colloidal silver.[12] If no health benefits are claimed, and colloidal silver is sold as a supplement, its sale is legal as long as the products comply with all other FDA regulations.[12] In 2002, the Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration made a similar ruling.[13]

i don't know about colloidal, but nanoparticulate silver has recently been in the scientific journals (no sorry i can't remember which one but i know i read it) for having antibacterial properties. Silver would have to be in close-to nanoparticulate, probably microparticulate sizes in order to be colloidal, so almost as effective.

metals can take on some freaky properties when in small particle sizes. Gold for instance goes through a range of colours in solution, depending on the particle size. I had friends who use to get very excited if their gold particles were purple.

it is an awesome external treatment... internally, I'd be VERY hesitant to do things like snort it for a cold. I'd rather live my life NOT looking like a silvery smurf thanks, and nowhere is there any information on safe dosing. lol. but if he's willing to be forthcoming with the directions for making it at home, I'd love it for cleaning and external issues. I use a lot of natural products already, trying to get away from artificial, carconigenic cleaners.
