The UK's first ever female Speaker of the House of Commons, Baroness Betty Boothroyd, has died at the age of 93.

Parliamentarians, past and present - including current Commons Speaker Sir Lindsay Hoyle - have been sharing their memories of the sharp-witted Yorkshirewoman and former Tiller Girl who served as Commons Speaker from 1992 to 2000.

Ashna Hurynag looks back on the life of Baroness Boothroyd.
