It's a load of crap.
The bill's unconstitutional, quite plainly—and if our own Justice Minister can't see that, then he doesn't know much about our own constitutional framework at all, and should promptly resign his place in the Ministry. It's time Mr. Toews took off Mr. Harper's collar, and used his own brain for a moment or two.
