It's lonely being a wrestling fan because most everybody thinks of the sport as a joke. Basically it is an exhibition of certain athletic skills that take years to learn and master and wrestlers are more athletes than many of the ones in the olympics. Besides,wrestling was one of the original olympic events--although I would not care to see the modern versions doing it nude! Anyway,I was sick of watching the shows put on by the WWE[boring and very predictable & most times the performers aren't even trying] and happened to tune into TNA late one Saturday night . I was impressed by the enthusiam of the performers--many of them were with the WWE promotion and the action was non stop. If there is anyone who used to enjoy wrestling and gave up after WWE bought out all the other promotions,give TNA a try--I think you'll be surprised.
