Skateboards, bikes, and roller blades have no business on the city sidewalks. Plus he was being mouthy and disrespectful. Im glad they got him on it. Boarders are a menace.
wow, that cop is on one hell of a power trip. No need to choke the kid, or arrest him for that matter.
without seeing HOW the kid was boarding, or what was said between him and the cop, or what happened before the picture was snapped, it's next to impossible to say whether this cop was out of line or not.
I have no problem with people using boards as transportation, just like bikes and such, but when they jerk around, stunting and stuff, on busy sidewalks, it poses a problem.
