You got that right. When I went on Vacation in February It was a real pain and enough to make me stop flying until things can be sped up. I am too impatient to wait for these so called security delays.
If a Hijacker or Jihader or anyone else with ulterior motives wants to get on a plane they will find a way to get on a plane, no $8 hr security guards will detect them.
