Columbia University has developed a screening questionnaire for children. It is designed to indicate whether a child may have "a mental disorder."

The whole Columbia program is called Teen Screen. The program site stresses that this is a voluntary undertaking resting on parental consent, and that it does not constiture a medical or psychiatric diagnosis. Sounds like the "pill industry" is seeking new clientle. It seems they have a "condition" for everyone these days and a "pill" to cure it.

I think the whole "test" is crap.

Don't all children have a mental disorder by their very nature. I mean, they are the epitome of naive, believe in all kinds of imaginary humans and other creatures, are prone to mood swings, and...here's the really big one...actually trust adults.

Children ARE insane and adults are jaded.

Where can I sign myself up for some free mind altering drugs
